North Miami Bicyclist in Critical Condition After Hit & Run

N. Miami – A 51-year-old North Miami man was in critical condition yesterday after a his bicycle was struck by a van in a hit and run car accident in northeast Miami-Dade.

Following the impact, the van made a U-turn and left the scene. Johnson was transported to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital where he was in critical condition.

The van was described to police as light gray or white, with damage to the hood and windshield.
